Pauli supports Auckland Council’s investment and business attraction initiatives, helping international companies, investors, and partners connect with opportunities in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. She plays a key role in delivering Auckland Startup Week and related showcase initiatives, which highlight the region’s innovation strengths and business environment to attract investment and support high value growth.

With a people centred approach, Pauli builds trusted relationships across sectors and connects businesses with the insights, networks, and local knowledge needed to operate confidently in Auckland. She is known for navigating complex environments and translating stakeholder needs into practical, inclusive solutions.

Pauli has more than 15 years’ experience across entrepreneurship, community development, and innovation-led initiatives in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally. As part of her work with Auckland Council, she created Migrants in Tech, a landing programme designed to support newcomers entering the local tech ecosystem. She has also contributed to a range of founder-focused programmes, events, and partnerships that strengthen Auckland’s position as a connected, welcoming place to start and grow a business.
